30 hours into ckd (no carbs) and I feel like a fat ass

Not sure whats going on, but I hope this CKD works. I feel like the fat is just getting stacked on me from eating all these fatty foods. I haven't gone into ketosis yet, so maybe I will feel a little better once I do?

Also, can anyone give me any tips on getting into ketosis quicker? I don't have ALA, and no cash to buy it...... This is my first time ever attempting any type of low carb diet, (or any diet for that matter) so any advice you could give would be appreciated.

    Thanks

go do cardio. your body stores more that 200g of glycogen in your liver and more in your muslces. thats a lot of calories to work though, 30 hours isnt enough without cardio. If you get out of ketosis breifly it will be quiker coming back in because your glycogen stores will not be full, but just starting the diet, they are briming with sugar.

if you ride a cardio bike for an hour you should go into ketosis.

dont drink any citrus drinks either, even if they have no carbs.

    Thanks for the reply.

I did 1 hour our cardio earlier tonight, and did 1 hour last night also.

Here is what I have eaten in the last 30 hours or so:

Im still new to this, but how can you take in NO carbs? Dosent your brain require a few grams per day just to function properly?

You brain can use ketones, but your body produces some sugar through gluconeogenisis.
