    Omg I Just Cheated Biiiig Time!!

    after 4 full weeks of super cutting, with cardio ( 45min. ) atleast 6 times a week.. I finally ( just a few min ago ) cheated big time.. I ate about 3 yummy soft mushy brownies, with m and m's on top with a glass of milk ( skim of course )

    LOL Oh well I am sure I will burn this up not a problem..

    Just wanted to vent

    Don't stress about it, that will be worse for your body than the cheating. Just do a little extra cardio tomorrow and you will be fine. Trust me I go low sugar a lot and then when I get some sugar in my body I am like a herion addict, I have cheated much worse than that.

    Shoot, one meal? I'll usually pull 2 maybe 3 meals... most of the time I put aside a single day to do what I want. It's funny though, when I started that cheat day would be filled with junk food. NOW my cheat day is a day where I only eat 3 normal meals (cause during the week I get so sick of eating 6!!!).

    Seems we got somehting in common... I snapped this evening... downed half a bag of chips!

    Driving home from work, had a shitty day, stopped by the convenience store for milk and there was that bag of "Miss Vickies" chips just staring at me... calling my name... enticing me... a moment of weakness... swallowed half the damm bag... *sigh*

    It was good though... so sinfully good...

    On cheat days i only fiend sugar, I might just eat 25 italian cookies loaded with sugar, and be happy the rest of the day and week. Funny, I don't miss chips or cheeses, but those damn cookies. I feel like i could snort a line of them off the table...

    O NO, I just had a bunch of these green cookies that someone brought in for St. Pat day. I just took a big hand full of ALA and drank 48oz of water in 5 mins hopefully that helps.

    It helps increase the amount of glycogen your muscles can take.. It is a insulin minicker (sort of) Some people love it and some don't. Do a search for it there is tons of info on it. I would actually check www.elitefitness.com for it their are a lot of good posts on it there.

    I try to keep my cheating at one cheat meal a week. This is one massive
    cheat meal though. Its usually on a Thursday or sunday night ( my days
    off ) that I eat two huge bowls of breyers cookies and cream ice cream
    and about 10 Nestle choc chip cookies right out of the oven. I mash the
    cookies up in the ice cream and go to town on the shit. After going
    low carbs, 75 grams or less a day for a week, the shit is comparable to
    sex. Then I feel so guilty when I'm done that I get up the next morning
    and run sprints for about 30 minutes. I am almost to the point where I
    think this helps in the dieting b/c it gives me the sickest pump for the
    next two days and makes me feel so guilty for a few days that my diet
    is perfect these days.

    this morning after 45mins of cardio
    it was fat ass steak and some oatmeal and 2 protein bars on the way home. damm ice cream is calling my name( Ben and jerry's chunky monkey) damm i love this day!! I have been looking foward to it for 7 days now thinking of the shit i could have> it is only meal 3 and Boy oh Boy it is going to be fun

    bro, last night was my cheat meal, i had fettichini alfrado with garlic bread, then the girl i was with wanted to go to dairy queen, they had buy 1 med blizzard get anthor for 99 cents, i had both, dont worrie about it, it will speed up you metabolism, exspecially if u went 4 weeks straight!

    a cheat DAY is essential once per week on a strict diet unless your a few weeks out from a show...it resets your metabolism...
