Fish at night?
I am pretty new to the forum and was wondering if it is ok to eat fish as my final meal at night? Usually it would consist of about 2-3 pieces of tilapia(approx 8-10 oz), 10 oz of salmon or 10 oz of Cod.
-The reason I ask this question is that I know fish such as Salmon contains some fat.

Fat and protein combination meal last thing at night is ideal.

If you don't have an option then will be fine, but if you can change, a lean steak or a casein shake will be the best.

^ ^ agree. Fish is generally a great protein source, and salmon would be ideal at night with the combo of protein and fats, however fish in generally absorbs relatively quickly and won't keep you going throughout the night. As 38j mentioned, lean steak/beef would be your best choice. Cottage cheese is also decent, and a casein shake if you can't eat real food (i'd eat the fish before the shake though).

I usually eat a can of tuna and flaxseed oil before bed. Tilapia sounds good! I am too lazy and just like to slam the tuna and flax lol
