    Bulk diet for test/anavar cycle - please look see :-)

    Hi guys,

    As above, I plan on starting a test e / anavar cycle on the 21st march and this is the proposed diet (I've had massed of help with this)

    Week 1-12 test e 500mg
    Week 1-8 anavar 70mg
    Week 1-12 hcg
    Week 1-12 stane 12.5mg every other (enough or not?, also... Anybody know how this tastes?)

    I'm 25, 5ft 8, 75.9kg, hoping to be 73.1kg at start of cycle, bf is approx15% or lower.

    DIET: (all measurements are uncooked)

    Meal 1:

    80g oats, 1 scoop protein, 2 eggs

    583.2 / 11.78 / 57.8 / 64.7

    Meal 2:

    140g sweet potato, 6oz chicken, 50g brocolli

    312 / 3.7 / 38.9 / 28.4

    Meal 3:

    50g brown rice, 6oz chicken, 50g brocolli

    230 / 2.4 / 28.1 / 26.4

    Meal 4:

    140g sweet potato, 6oz chicken, 50g brocolli

    312 / 3.7 / 38.9 / 28.4

    Meal 5:

    50g brown rice, 6oz chicken, 50g brocolli

    230 / 2.4 / 28.1 / 26.4

    Meal 6:
    2 eggs, 8 egg whites, 40g oats, spinach (raw or frozen)

    439 / 9.4 / 40.1 / 49.8

    Gym

    Meal 7: (straight after work out)

    40g oats, protein shake

    352.7 / 3.98 / 30.4 / 52

    Meal 8: (when get home, approx 30 mins after meal 7)

    6oz lean ground beef

    312 / 15.7 / 0 / 43

    Before bed:

    1 scoop casien protein shake and 2 table spoons organic peanut butter

    388 / 17.1 / 9.3 / 33

    TOTAL:

    Calories - 3,159.4
    Fat - 66.08
    Carbs - 271.6
    Protein - 351.1

    Standard clomid / nolva pct

    Oops, the bit about pct shud of been further up and the hcg is 500ius

    I would drop protein a bit, up carbs to replace cals

    Agree w/ Base on this. You could stand to drop protein to 300g and up carbs to 320. I like fats where they are. Good luck!

    Cheers guys, so based on fitdays - 50g brown rice being 38.6 carbs and 140g sweet potato being 24.8 carbs, this means I can up meals 2 and 4 to 65g rice andmeals 3 ad 5 to 210g sweet potato, all I gotta do then is drop one and a bit protein scoops... If that's right, I'm gonna have big smiles, I love food!

    Quick silly q, when weighing potato, do u do that before it's peeled or after cuz my misses chops into them like a killer!

    Eat them with the skin on if possible, you lost almost all nutritional value (vitamins, etc) when you peel them as most of that good stuff is right under the skin.

    Deff possible, I eat anything... Does that sound about right to u regards the extra food?

    Also... Is it not a good idea to eat as mich protein as poss then?

    As much as possible? No, not a good idea. You have a daily caloric goal and then fill in with appropriate amounts of protein, carbs, and fats. Typically 1.5 - 2g protein/lb of LBM works well for bodybuilding.
