    Critique diet please.

    Height: 5'11
    Weight: 180
    Goals: Cut bodyfat, and minimum weigh loss with maximum bf% loss
    recommended amount of cardio I should do?


    Meal 1: 2cups Of oats, 2 tbsp of peanut butter.
    (Work Out) +protein shake(not added in macros)
    Meal 2: 5 egg whites.
    Meal 3: Wheat Turkey Breast Sandwich w/ 2 (4oz) chicken breasts
    Meal 4: 3 (4oz) chicken breasts or steak
    Meal 5: 2tbsp Cottage Cheese
    +Casein Protein(not added in macros)

    Calories - 2000
    Protein - 220
    Carbs - 168
    Fats - 42

    I macro'd everything and I forgot about them.
    And I couldn't find the macros in the system I was using. (At work)

    Well you gotta add them in if you want to be accurate. You should be able to just look at the label to get them.
