Starting up a summer diet soon! First time ever!
Hey guys, to make a long story short I'm sitting around 220 or so at 8-10% body fat right now. I have really only have ever bulked and have done bulk cycles and have ran just about everything you can imagine. In about a month I would like to start dieting down and continue to look good for the summer, probably dropping a good 20 lbs. I plan to run Test and tren 100mg EOD for a good 12-13 weeks. I plan to start last week of April and end around July 1st, so I can use Aug for my PCT as my school years always start in september.
My main question is that what method of dieting should I use, alot swear by carb cycling but I could really see my self just slowly lowering carbs as I go. What do you guys think is beneficial to me for loosing the weight and keeping as much muscle as I possibly can? I put on muscle pretty easily and see myself being able to loose weight pretty easily.

If you are 220 at around 8% bf, why exactly do you want to lose weight? surely you look awesome at them stats?

I was into bodybuilding, never actually did a show but was working under Laura Binetti after working a bit with Palumbo to do the Jr division Under 20 a few years ago for the Canadians. But we never once talked about dieting as far as shredding down goes. IT was always bulk bulk bulk, do you have any suggestions on what method to use while getting rdy for the summer?

if you're at 220 and 10% bodyfat that gives you a lean bodymass of 198, and you wanna loose 20lbs, that would put you at an impossible 1% bodyfat, so you'd loose muscle in the process. How did you measure your bodyfat?

Have you seen the stickys at the top of the diet section? man im sorry but at 220 and even 10% bf i dont see how u wouldnt know how to diet down, i know you said you just concentrated on bulking but come on

Well post ur current diet and cardio routine
It must be spot on already if ur 8% BF

I don't do any cardio, maybe 20 mins 3 times a week if that, and that was just recent. I eat 4-5 meals a day, around 50 protein, 80 carbs, and 20 fats per meal.

pro body builders go on stage around 6%, I'm sorry bro if you're at 8% you're shredded and cutting shouldnt be in your vocabulary unless you plan on competing

No need to catch an attitude with respected members who are offering their help. You come on here throwing around ridiculous numbers, and when somebody calls you on it you get upset?
I'd like you to show me 2-3%, and i'll show you a dead man. Typical stage percentage is around 6%, maybe 5% and that can only be held for a very short period of time.
