    How important is the broc?

    Hi guys, on a bulk and I'm currently eating oats,chicken and rice chicken as 4 of my meals throughout the day... I normally have 50g broccoli with each meal but I'm getting sik of it as I only cook twice a week so it's soggy and cold... Wud it b ok to drop the broc and add cals elsewhere or am I getting something really inportant from it?

    Well you would be missing out on a lot of nutrients and fiber

    Broccoli is considered a 'Superfood' and for that reason I would reccomend against droping it.....

    Anyway it takes about 10 mins to prep and cook broccoli so just do it a few times each week
