Well, all you've stated is that you're going to cycle carbs. Lay out in detail your low carb day diet, as well as your high carb day diet. We can go from there. I will say this much though: judging by your pics, you have quite a bit of lbm, and I don't see how only 2,100 cals/day is going to maintain it for you, especially with cardio added in. That's how many cals I ate when I was cutting, but I only had roughly 140 pounds lbm. Now, let's see this diet.

^^^^I agree with this. You probably have 200+lbs of LBM and 2100cal or even 2350cal a day plus cardio is going to torch it. How many cals per day are you currently eating?

Im gonna take a closer look when im on my PC...

I personally dont mind the white rice (others will say its a no-no) but lets keep carbs at breakfast and around/durring training only....

Egg whites b4 bed r useless.... Change this out to a meat/casein source or atleast make it whole eggs...

As far as the calorie/macros, you are too low to begin with.... I will be back...

Sitting you at 17% BF and 250 ur gonna be looking at about a 3000 calorie diet to begin with.... Atlest that is where i would put you...

325 pro 275 carbs 70 fats ( maths in head... Not sure)

Never start too low.... Trust me, start higher and increase cardio and then slowly drop carbs and fats over time

thanks. I started dieting at about 285. on Jan 1st (go figure). my first 6 weeks, i was eating about 3500 cals/daily. the 4 weeks after that, about 3000. so dropping to 2100 is too low obv. So I just need some help in figuring out what to throw into the mix / move around, etc.
