I usually eat about 5-6 egg whites in the morning.......boiled and with a smidge of oregano and garlic powder in them, but its getting old.....I ended up just throwing them in my blender this morning with skim milk, protein powder, flax, and ice and i about puked!!! Took everything I had to down it! So I need some more ideas about how to eat them in the mornings??!!??!! Anyone???!!!???!!!
