Fat intake?!?!?
I'm cutting, so I take 1 tbsp of flax seed oil about 8a.m. and then I have 1 tbsp of natural PB about 2-3 with my lunch, thats it. Am I getting enough healthy fats or not enough? Am I safe by saying that its best to get all your healthy fats down during the day and not at night so it doesnt sit with you all night long?!?!?!

Not sure if it's the best idea but before I go to bed I'll mix in a spoon full of flax with my protein shake. It also helps slow down the absorption of the protein.
