    First Cycle Diet... Help?

    Hey bros, just trying to get some diet schedual down...

    My first cycle is going to include:

    400mg/wk EQ for 8 or 10wks (not sure yet)
    50mg ED of Winny Tabs (either throughout whole cycle, or wks 7-12 if i go 10wks on EQ)
    Clomid to finish up cycle.

    Anyway... diet ideas, I wasn't too sure, I would like to bring in around 4,000cals a day, 1.5g protein/lb of body weight. I weigh about 190... I'm 6'1" and my metabolism is pretty fast. I normally out eat most people I know and don't gain easily...

    If you guys have any links to posts for good diets let me know. I don't expect you to write up a huge post for me, heh, any suggestions would help. I'm trying to gain a good amount of lean muscle from this cycle, I'm sure not much fat will stay due to my high metabolism... but could be wrong.

    First off, go 10 weeks with the EQ, and MikeXXL has a great post on a bulking diet (it's the top thread in the diet forum).

    eat more often not just more food. Every 2-3 hours, don't try to always get full or else it will hurt your metabolism

    Eat every 3 hours and yes, do not eat until you're full just eat to the point where you're not hungry anymore. Took me awhile to get used to this.

    I've got a tight work schedual to override, I can only manage at most 5 or 6 meals a day... once around 7 a.m., once around 11:30 a.m., than at 3:00 p.m., and then from there how ever many I can manage before I go to bed, and of course my lifting schedual fits in right after 3:00. So it would be difficult to portion that out... but, how bad would it effect if I could only fit in 5 meals? Would it be a tremendous difference?

    Try this
    meal1- 7am
    meal2- 11:30am
    meal3- 3pm
    workout
    Post wokout shake
    meal4- 5:30pm
    meal5- 8pm
    meal6- 10pm
    befoe bed- protein shake or tuna or egg whites.....
