Your talking about an additional 192g carbs (all sugar mind you) and 128g fat - that's 1920 calories right there. That's not even counting the additional 760+ calories from protein. Seems to me you could be getting these same macros from much better quality sources.

Some people can tolerate milk/dairy and some can't. In moderation, it's ok for those who can - but I wouldn't be drinking whole milk at all. Even with skim, a gallon of milk/day is way excessive IMO.

I do the same when I'm not cutting, but I do skim. There's better sources of fat than milk fat. It's not a matter of staying lean so much as it is a matter of heart health.

I assume he's talking about the GOMAD program guys from stronglifts. It's a pretty poor program, don't bother with it.

Great point. A bit of saturated fat is healthy, beneficial, and essential. This would be EXTREME overkill.

All growing up since I was 12 or 13 years old I did this until I was 25 or 30 years old, it didn't seem to matter when I was younger, I stayed lean and small. I can't explain why, but it's the truth. I wrestled at 98 lbs through my sophomore year of high school (the lightest weight in wrestling at the time) and weighed 85 lbs.

I was asking you. The better choice would be pre-mix protein drinks with better macro compositions. Alot depends on the rest of your diet and your training program.
