    Salads????

    Whats your guys take on Salads? Either morning or night??? Say with a can of tuna and some grilled chicken chopped up in it? same as your meal, your just adding lettuce. Good idea or toss it?

    Go with the darker leafy types or spinich. At least those have some nutritional value. The are also great for filling you up.

    Yes go with the darker types, salads are great when cutting, just watch the dressings... I use Olive Oil and Vinigar. Great way to add some healthy fats and hardly any carbs. Also remember to add your protien.

    My fav is with spinach leafs, eggs, tuna or chicken, onions, raddish, some dill, with oilive oil & vinegar.
