Advice
I know you have probably already heard this a million times but I've been drinking 1 gallon a day at work for the past 2 weeks and have lost 2% bf in those two weeks. I piss about 20 times a day but just one gallon a day has helped and worked tremendously.

Good advice.
Try drinking at least 1.5 gal. I HOPE THAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT WATER

I noticed some positive effects from large amounts of water intake, ie: Reduction in acne, less oil on my body. I just don't like pissing so much. It hurts sometimes when I'm sleeping if I don't wake up right away. The pros outweigh the cons.

Weird been drinking more water and and eating more also. and gained a 10 pounds in 1.5 month.. I do piss more often tho

Do you lift? Do you drink water and then have a good diet of just eat all candy bars and can food.?

If you want to avoid pissing so much, dink your gallon during the day before 3 or 4 PM. Then the rest of the day your body is obsorbing it and you piss a lot less. But during the 8-3 or 4 I piss about 20 times. Just have to wait and see what happens. Only been doing it for 2 weeks.

Well ok here the truth, i trained for 6 month, gained up to 183 lbs stopped 2 month, due to back injurie and just started back since 10 week. Since then my weight went from 178 to 192 lbs. I gained some strenght. And feel much fuller.. From those 10 week i tweaked my diet to 6-7 meal a day. So i guess that would explain it...
