Fat free Italian?????
Would fat free Italian be ok on a salad?!?!? 0 fat, 0 cholesterol, 0 sugar, o fibers, 0 protein, and 3g sugar, and 610mg sodium........Would that be ok? Or at least be ok for every now and then??? It looks healthier than the light ranch I have..

That is high in sugar, salt and carbs. Only you know what you body can tolerate.

I would use olive oil and vinager. The olive oil is a healthy fat which you need when cutting and the vinager has small amounts of carbs in it.

and for your answer its not going to hurt you to use the dressing every once in a while. just keep it to a minimum.
