progress reports doing great thanks too all.

Well the piece of the puzzle are finally all up.

I have done all that you guys have help with.

Since using creatine for about 2 weeks now and glutamine for more then a month doing 10g and 15g a day for each, and getting amazingly pumped, people at my job and gym accuse me of doing illigal stuff hehehehe.

I guess that they timing of supplements is what that counts.

The oil that i add to my shakes help me when i lift heavy to support my joints.

And glutamine i think is the best in all of this.
