I have noticed no matter how much i try to save i end up spending 80-130 dollars on grocerys a week. My diet is preety clean, alot of protien and good carbs. Im just wondering if you guys have any tricks or ways to save little money and still get all your good protien, carbs and fats

Buy in bulk at Costco, BJ's, etc.

That said, I still spend upwards of $100/week. Unfortunately our society is set up as such where people have to pay MORE to be healthy. It's a shame, really. Crap is cheap and real food (which consequently is unprocessed, so you'd think it'd be LESS expensive) drains your pockets. Way to go America, for promoting health!

I spend at least 120 at jamba juice per month. My food bill for the month is over $550 currently. I work to eat, sucks really. That's about the only thing that makes me feel like giving up the lifestyle.

Costco is my friend. I have never totaled my food costs, but I feel like I came out even when I stopped spending $6 -$10 eating out for lunch every day.
