    Protein from eggs????

    Does anyone know how much protein you get from lets say one egg….?!?! I’m trying to figure out my protein intake and was wondering how much protein I’m getting from my 5 egg whites in the morning?? Thanks guys!!

    ok you brought up eggs so i have to ask a semi off topic question

    some body builders and doctors are anti yolks. some doctors and body builders are totally for the yolk.

    Do you seperate all the time? i do some times but others i just like the whole egg. must be the rebel in me hehe

    Egg yokes aren't that bad, if your diet can handle the extra fat then don't worry about it. Most people bitch about the cholesterol in them, but there are many studies showing that external cholesterol levels in your diet do little to effect your blood cholesterol levels in your body.

    The Zone diet says its an unfavorable food choice, due to Bad Eicosanoids.
    Other doctors say it has good efas in yolks.

    I eat 5 egg whites and only 1 whole egg because i am afraid of the extra fat, cholesteral crap.

    I eat 6 egg whites/ 2 yolks daily.
