    Burgers......?!?!?!

    Is it ok to cook a burger in a pan with vegatable oil? I'm working on a foreman, but until then how should I eat my lean meat? Any ideas? Only think I can come up with is fry em in a pan with veggie oil????

    dude...if you're cookin beef...you need ZERO oil...lol try it..you'll see

    Try to get a pan with raised ridges, this will keep them from cooking in their own fat.

    Stick a cut section of a garlic clove and onions and worcestershire sauce into a lean burger.

    Another trick is to bake your hamburger patties in th oven.....be carefull cause you can dry them out pretty easy. I just use that Pam non-stick spray in the frying pan when needed.

    I do this alot, add in some steak seasoning and a bunch of chili powder, onions, and other veggies. Man I'm getting hungry.
