No real carbs or fats to speak of. Post the macros for those meals and I think you will find some large holes in your diet game. If you haven't started you cycle yet, don't. Based on the limited info you have given, I would say you are under eating. But that is just a guess at this point. Your also depending too much on shakes and bars. Real food is a much better option and better meal planning will help you replace these shakes with food.

Read the educational threads and figure it out mate, nobody is going to spoon feed you here. After a bit of reading and 20 minutes of work you should be able to make a rough sketch of your diet. Please do your body and wallet a huge favor and do not cycle, you are in no way ready for steroids . If you cannot make progress naturally you will lose everything you gain, and be even worse off after a cycle. Dieting is the pinnacle to successful bodybuilding.

You need a lot more carbs bro, especially if you're looking to get bigger on this cycle. Don't you feel tired all day?

Can of tuna, chicken etc. Add some good fats to this meal also. I find nuts to be a quick and easy source on the go. lunch is 2 grilled breastyour going to want to eat a carb here to give you energy for your workout. Try adding a sweet potato.. Workout around 4:30pm 50 gram protein shakestop having protein only meals...big no no. If your in a rush and just want a shake you Can grind up rolled oats in the blender and add it to the shake. 6 pm dinner around 7 pm chicken or steak and 50 gram protein dump the second protein source here, the chicken or steak will be fine. Add some green veg and good fats here. Ok another casien protein shake before bed. im ok with this but you should add another good fat here. drink water all day long.
see bold for a better start
