I think it would be an interesting expirement to take if you can still achieve the same body without meat. I myself hardly eat meat, I stick to my chicken breasts but that could be easily replaced by some tofu. I think Bill Pear was a vegetarian so im sure it could be done, but anyone else one?
i guess you could get away with shakes and the like for protien if your a vegan or something.
i wish i could stand veggies, almost all are terrible inside my mouth and i have tried for years to like them.

Your carbs comprising of mostly veggies would be excellent for your body. They are very low in sugar, contain many nutrients and fiber. If you can, do that instead of other carbs. But one exception, you still need the simple carbs post workout.
I couldn't go without meat protein. I am assuming you are going to be getting a lot of your protein from soy products which are good but watch the estrogen levels in your body.
Pain
I do love my veggies, bit no meat.......I couldn't handle that. I eat chicken and fish so much that at least once a week I just CRAVE beef, whether it be a homemade burger or a steak......me a vegan, oh hell no!
My motto is "if it shits on land I eat it". haha Sorry my boy had a shirt that said that and I always thought it was hillarious.

i was a vegetarian for 4 years, i recently went back to eating meat about 2-3 months ago, i was trying to lose fat at the time, and trying to do that on a vegetarian diet is very very hard, all the soy products use fat to hold the soy together... I only really eat white meat, but i've noticed a massive difference, it allowed me to control my protein intake very easily and a lost heaps of fat, and gained quite a lot of muscle in the process.
You can try it, but its very hard, and it'd be really hard to cut up properly, but i must say its a good change, you'll feel better for it...
