    Want a good diet tip? Swolegenx I started 2 1/2 weeks ago and have lost almost 15Ibs and Iam up on all my lifts.Ive got alot of energy and found the plan easy to keep.I took the before pics and will show them together with the afters in about 8 weeks .Was at 226 I want to be down to 195.Wont be to much longer.PeaceCDOG

    I have been on HIT .I give ya a taste bro
    Arms, and back
    Lat pull overs,Superset 1x8
    Close grip pull ups1xfailure
    rest 60 sec
    Bent over rows 1x8
    rest 60sec
    Deadlifts 1x15 hit failure at 10 rest pause 5
    rest 2min
    Preacher curls 1x failure static hold
    rest 2-3days

    Chest,shoulders ,legs
    pec Deck flys 1x8,superset
    Incline press 1x8 hit failure at 4 rest pause 4 more
    rest 60sec
    dips 1x failure
    rest 2 min
    Lat raises 1x8,superset
    behind neck press 1x8 hit failure at 4 rest pause 4 more
    rest 60 sec
    upright rows 1x8
    rest 2min
    squats 1x20 hit failure at 10-15 rest pause the rest
    calf raises 1x20
    rest 30sec 1x failure static hold .
    rest 2-3days start again
    every rep is to total failure and I mean failure.

    yeah.......

    u can do your own workout, which is the beauty of it. If you don't have a workout, or you are looking for a refreshing change and one that coincides with the Eating Pattern portion, you can use the Training Frequency Schedule (TFS) that comes with the program.

    You're doin' a great job cdog, and u ain't gonna be far behind Farmer!

    Just Pm the man him self .Swolecat is very professional and Iam sure he will want to know your stats and goals so he can design your program.I like it becouse not only is the weight dropin off but Iam able to keep all my muscle and strength.He also has programs to cut up as well as down.Peace
