1 week of intense diet and stretch marks on stomach.
Only dieted with cardio for 1 week and getting stretch marks on stomach......damn.......weight is only down 2 lbs but noticable difference...im not sure why everyone says it takes 4 weeks to notice results......I lost 5 lbs in 2 days(water) but since then it has been 2 lbs......

Getting stretch marks already???? After water loss, I started signifigant fat loss in 1-2 weeks myself.

were you really overwieght before starting this diet? I have stretch marks as well due to being way overeight.

Nope bodyfat not that high either...Not sure where in the hell they came from

hmmm. squaters gut maybe? are you pregnant? were you probed by alien customs inspectors? anything? bueller? bueller?
don't know man. thats weird to say the least. I had a 54 inch waist so I don't know how else to get stretch marks unless you have really tight skin and then gained a couple of inches on your waist, but that still would be far fetched. skin is pretty elastic.
