take your total weight times that by your bodyfat percent (as a decimal) then take that number and subtract from your total body weight.

    EX for me
    I weight 215lb and have 13% BF
    215 * .13 = 27.95 that is how much fat I have
    215 - 27.95 = 187.05lb that is my LBM.

you would need ur body fat to start with then from there its easy, i would say if you were trying to work it out and u cant get ur body fat% you can xur body weight x 10 for example if u weigh 210 then start at 2100 kals per day, see how it goes, thats guess ur body fat is average and ur not seriously over weight or anything. Your macros are simple you work out 70% of kals from fat so based on 2100 kals per day is 1470 kals per day from fat and 630 from protein then from there you can work out 1470/9 to get the daily fat grams which is 163 grams of fat per day and protein 630/4 for protein grams which is 157.5 grams of protein per day. so divide that up into 6 or so meals per day i try to keep carbs lower than 10, but some people will have more, thats up to them i jsut say for me.

you can run togehter should work well but just remember your bmr will go up when on cycle but i see no reason to add more kals i would add that cycle to a ckd no worries. Will be doing the same myself soon
