Girlfriend needs a good diet plan
Ok my girlfriend is very sensitive to carbs. She can do cardio all she wants but if her carbs arnt right she cant lose weight. Anyways she wants to start losing some more weight she does cardio at least 5 times a week for around 45 mins. She also trains with weights. What i'd like is a good diet plan for her to follow. Of course high protien low carbs low fast consisting of 4 or 5 meals. Now she hates fish products so were kinda limited on the protien sources. More chicken and red meats that are lean. She cant eat just all chicken or she weans off her diet. She tries to take hydroxycut but it kinda effects her badly so we'll see if she takes it now. She doesnt like ephedra products and i dont know anything else that works besides clen but has the same effects. Anyweays if you guys/gals could post a good diet plan for her to follow that'd be great thanks.
