Not trying to flame you here bro but are you sure your ready for gear?

In my personal opinion you are not. I have seen threads by you asking how to train, how to eat while on gear.

If you don't know how to put together a solid diet and training routine yet, you are not ready for gear.

If you had something to offer in the way of "This is what I am thinking" Then we could work on it and help you tweak it. However, for someone to actually write it out for you so you don;t have to put the work in????

We didn't say that, just put a little more effort into your posts. Put your proposed diet on the board and we will critique it, dont just ask what foods to eat.

We are not saying you should not post anymore and ask questions.

Just show us what you have.

    T5,
No one here wants you to stop posting. Giving advice is the main reason this board exist. However, to give good advice we need to know your stats, your workout exp, your AAS experience, what plan for diet and workout regime you have set up. Your question is to broad for us to even start giving advice.
