wtf? i'm unable to consume protein!
alright guys, obviously the topic is a bit misleading BUT...
several months ago i supposedly gained a lactose intolerance and i couldn't drink milk anymore...
then i got lactaid... for awhile i was able to drink that fine, but then it started bothering my stomach so i can't drink that anymore...
now i've tried 2 different kinds of lactose free protien drinks and my stomach hurts after those, and also tried soy protien, which also hurts...
what the fuck is going on?!!?
before this happened i was goin all out on protien (atleast compared to what i had done before).. for a month i was gettin approx. 200g's of protien a day (i was around 180) and then this shit happened...
i think i might have fucked something up, but i dont know... suggestions / comments? thx.

Have you tried IsoPure? I have heard this is the best lactose free one out there.

Bro-I know that an excess of protein can lead to amounts of Ammonia building up in your system, so maybe the pains arent from the milk (or non dairy) products, maybe you are consuming too much protein daily?
