Rice= best source of carbs?
No fat, some protein, pretty much just straight up "clean" carbs. Plus its easy to make haha. What do you guys think?

There are better choices but I like rice myself.

Rice is fine. As long as you're using a clean, relatively low GI/GL source, the food choice itself is just splitting hairs. Some choices I like:
oats (favorite), sweet potato, beans/lentils, quinoa (complete protein too, yay!)

Prefer sweet potato as my pre workout carb source. But I eat wholegrain basmati rice everyday too. And oats everyday.
