What's up- I need some help with my diet, I know I need more calories, not sure how to get them though. I'm 15, 5'10" 215 pounds, 15% body fat. Want to lose fat so I can get faster (yes I understand principles of speed training, increased stride length and faster rotation), but I cannot afford to lose strength for football. No Flames please.
