I have a friend who has been doing fitness for a short period of time, and has had a major loss of breast size due to her dieting. Is there any kind of tricks to regain or keep from loosing breast size while dieting down aside from implants or surgery?

sorry, that's all genetic...some chicks get to keep theirs..others lose it right away....tell her to build her pecs..that'll help some
I sort of figured that, but thought I would ask any way. So if she resorts to surgery, any suggestions on that? for body building or fitness.
she should reach the level she'll maintain at...so she know's exactly what she has to deal with...then decide
Yup, that happens to girls. My girl grew them in college :) when we plumped up and then lost them when we graduated. :( All in all they are just fat and when the body needs fat to burn it will take it from there.
