    ??

U are 10% bodyfat with a photoshoot in 8 days??????

What's the shoot for that enables you to have 10% or so bodyfat?

Not a flame, I'm just curious, because in 8 days there is only so much you can drop, and it's going to be mostly water, not fat.

From my experience in photoshoots, I was asked to be around 4-6%.

iwas just currious. The woman doing this is a friend of mind I would like to shred up a little more. would the sodium deplet or low carb or no carb work. I may acually be less than 10% some say it is just loose skin. Could it be water retention from deca and test eth both at 300

    yeah.......

lots of it can be water related......................

a photoshoot shouldn't even be scheduled if one still has those water retention compounds active in the system. Cancel it and push that date back! It's like a woman being admitted into the delivery room when she is only 6 months pregnant. Ain't shit happenin' soon.........
