    Please check this cutting plan....

    Right now I weight 231 about 20% BF Here is my plan for my cutting diet...

    7:00...Optimum protein shake w/water
    1 serving oatmeal..
    1 serving almonds

    10:00....1 can tuna
    1 red potatoe


    1:00......1 chicken breast
    1 red potatoe
    1 serving almonds

    4:00......... optimum protein shake w/water

    6:00.........1 chicken breast
    Romaine salad w/ low fat dressing

    7-9...lift

    Post work out...Protein shake......with dextrose

    Trying to keeps carbs to a min @6;00 except post workout.
    breakdown is something like 2300-2500 cals 250g pro....100-150 carbs
    50g fat........Cardio is 3-4 times a week.. brisk walking on incline

    I'd ditch the shake and replace it with eggs (whites) and either ditch the nuts or the oats, try notto mix fats and carbs.

    10:00....1 can tuna
    1 red potatoe

    I'd replace the potatoe with 1/2 cup brown rice


    1:00......1 chicken breast
    1 red potatoe
    1 serving almonds

    again try not to mix fats and carbs....replace potatoe with 1/2 cup rice, and maybe add 1 more chicken breast

    4:00......... optimum protein shake w/water

    maybe add in some flax with your shake or use the almonds with this

    6:00.........1 chicken breast
    Romaine salad w/ low fat dressing

    7-9...lift

    Post work out...Protein shake......with dextrose

    Add in another meal here before bed high protein low to 0 carb.

    Replace those carbs with veggies. You will feel much fuller, also potatoes are a bad carb choice, High GI value.

    Alright, I will switch out the potatoes....I cant eat brown rice though...im allergic to it..... Also I flax oil dont agree with me either. I will sep the carbs from fats and throw in more vegies......Any more help appreciated.....Has been goin ok for the 2 weeks I been on it....Looking little leaner and still getting stronger...Ill tweak it a little...Think I should carb up about every 6 day or so?

    Yeah up your carbs about every 6th to 7th day. Also are you allergic to brown rice or just rice in general? And you can use natural peanutbutter in place of flax.

    I seem to be allergic to brown rice only... I can eat white rice....
    Im going to start having some natural PB also..
