    Cutting diet for breakfast

Can someone break down there breakfast in a cutting stage. I need help in knowing what to eat for breakfast, but note that I am in college where my options at my cafeteria are cereals such as: Raisin Bran, LIFE, Granola with Raisins, Frosted Mini Wheats, Frosted Flakes, other high sugar cereals. Scrambled Eggs, Bagels, Quaker Oats. I have been eating a bowl of quaker oats with a tablespoon of brown sugar mixed with a chopped banana when the cafeteria has them, and either a bowl of raisin bran or granola with raisins. I will be going home for summer in a couple weeks where I can get anything, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also, if you were to list any cereals that would ok to have please do-

    My favorite cutting diet is
    1 cup egg beaters
    80g spinich
    34g feta cheese
    4 peices turkey bacon
    1 tbsp ketchup
maybe 1/2 cup oats depends on how the rest of the day looks.

    that breaks down to
    42/11/10 p/c/f cals = 302

I go low carb when I cut, only thing that works. You might be able to get more carbs in you at breakfast time, as this is one of the best times to get carbs so you have the whole day to burn them.

Yeah, and oats w/brown sugar on top ain't a muscle building meal that's for sure. Without protein, your muscles ain't gonna like you very much, especially while cutting and after an overnight "fast" that sleeping puts you in.

Find some protein somewhere in the cafeteria. Have 12 egg whites and oats.........nix the sugar...........

I have a 44 gram protein shake in the morning, for my source of protein. Would cinnamon be an ok substitute for the brown sugar? Also how bad are scrambled eggs?

Cinnamon is a good substitute for brown sugar. Scrambled eggs are good if they are mainly the whites, but the yolks are still good if you diet allows the extra fat they bring in. Try a mix of mostly whites and some yolks. I rather see real food, but in the morning is the only time I will let a protein shake slide other than post workout.
