getting ready to go grocery shopping heres what im thinking.
sausage
bacon
high fat burger
cheddar
more olive oil
eggs
chicken
tuna
mayo
udos choice
steak/jerkey
string cheese
shrimp
broccoli
OH, and no carb shakes with a bit of fiber supps
r-ala on carb-up days 1500mgs ed which will be 24 hours or so
my question is this,im not sure about my macros,the ratio of fat/protein/cals.should the fat cals equal the protein cals?or is it higher?
guess what i need to know is there a safe percentage for a 210lb man of fat to protein portions?i have no idea what my bf is because i have not been dipped (until then i would like to know how much protein is too much protein and how much fat is too much fat)
im 33,210lb's id say between 12-15%bf!

i am sure i gave u an example before? i would start with 2000 kals and this is just what i would do. So i would do 1400kals of fat 600 kals of protein thats 150g protein and 155.5g fat. I would keep carbs to below 10g and i would expect they will come from somewhere i didnt expect that they were i wouldnt eat something with 10g of carbs in it. Just my experience hope that helps

:D yes,you have told me already but im going for any last minute advice.i have an idea what to do bro and you have helped me alot here!im gonna give it a month or so to get the full effects of ketosis before i make any changes.not everyone likes this one ive found.
