    W/out Days Non W/out Days

    Do you guys vary your diet for workout days and nonworkout days?

    When cutting no because my diet is low to begin with. But on bulking days my carbs are a little lower because of no post workout shake.

    Actually my carbs are a bit lower on non-wo days whether dieting or bulking.

    Bama, I never heard back from ya after all that at GotFina.

    Let me know, and yes, your activity is different during the day when you don't workout, as opposed to when you do workout. Fuel coming in should address the needs that the activity demands.

    I try to keep carbs lower on NON w/out days...less fuel being burned right? Swole I kept getting returned email....address invalid. Sorry for keeping you hanging.

    U were typing something else then. If you don't want to respond about what we were discussing at GotFina, then you can just say that. I've had no other problems whatsoever with an "invalid addy" with anyone else, so I'm guessing you typed it wrong. Or, if you wish to just not get back to me about it, that's fine too just say it. I won't be crushed, trust me, it's all good.
