I wouldn't do it.... I'd just rather boil and go.. Salmanella COULD POSSIBLY kill ya bro.. Why take the chance?
i just did a six week diet and ate raw eggs everyone of those days, cause i was sick of cooking them. never got sick, but i did check the stats and you have a 1 in 10,000 chance you want get sick. my 2 cents

Its like People were watching too many Rocky movies! Just Kidding.......I too have thought about the raw albumin being better not getting denatured but the ever present danger of Salmonela. ITs just not even worth it. I cook 10 eggwhites at a time with two yolks. I boil them also, but for some reason I FART WAAAAAY more with the boiled eggs.

Fuck I know what you mean eggs are the worst for gas. I once microwaved eggs and when I opened the microwave they smelt so bad. I had to open my basement window it was that bad, but I ate them anyways and the next day my gas could kill. Never again ...
I ate them for years put them in my shakes too. Back then we didn't really know any better. I guess I was just luck i never got sick.
Ever see Rocky? He ate a bunch af raw eggs, ran for a while and got completely sick. When he stopped eating raw eggs, he brought his training together and went the distance with the champ, so I wouldn't eat them.
Got to spend a night in my college ER from eating raw eggs. It can happen, just that they were such an easy protein source in a dorm. O well. If you are going to eat raw eggs get some type of egg substitue product as that has been pasturized and will be safer.

egg beaters is egg whites that come in cartons..
i eat raw eggs on occasion i add them into my shakes, you have to make sure you have fresh eggs, samonela grows more in older eggs, you also have to keep them in the coldest part of your fridge, not in the door where it gets warmer and salmonela can grow, also most of salmonella is on the outside of the shell so its important to wash hands frequently when preparing foods, salmanella usually occurs when someone is preparing food in an unclean kithen and they use the same utensils to cut raw chicken as they do to dice pepers then they heat the pepers slighty(when i say pepers i mean any other food but am using pepers as an example cause they go well with chiken) the salmanela grows on them in the heat and multiplys with time, it grows in these environments and thats how you get sick, i personaly have always restocked eggs daily, when you eat a 18 of them a day you always have fresh ones.
eating raw eggs though can cause a biotin deficiency, you can replace this by taking extra biotin, you will notice a deficiency if you start to see symptoms like losing more hair in the shower or on your pillow when you wake up, this mostly occurs in people who eat to many raw eggs daily. I usualy only eat a few raw eggs daily, i mostly cook them and i havent noticed any biotin deficiencies, it seems my multivitamin may cover it
The people that use egg beaters, how do you make and eat them?

I used to eat raw eggs....2 weeks, 13 lbs, 1 trip to ER, 150 trips to the toilet later....I've learned not to eat raw eggs! I'll boil or scrammble them now.
