    diet while on T3

    my wife just started using t3. She wants to lose about 30 lbs. She was on the protien diet(atkins). Any recommendations while on t3

    Is she taking T3 without AS. She will lose some muscle if not. T3 speeds up your thyroid so any of the normal diets (low carb, CKD......) will work. Just make sure you really do DIET!!
