Hey guys,

I was reading Ronnie Coleman's version of carb cycling in which he believes in having his 2 high carb days on the days following his leg and back workouts because of the increased amount of energy used during those workouts.

I work out at 7am with a pre/post WO shake but because I am working out so early, would I be better served to make my high carb days on the same days that I work out legs and back (so Tuesday and Friday)?

I know it's probably not a big difference but may as well do the most effective schedule possible if it requires no extra effort.
