I would like to know when the best time for takeing a postworkout meal would be. Would it be 30 min after, immediately after, or 1 hour after. Also, would it decrease my mass gain if I wait too long. Thank you:)

Need a PWO drink immediately following your workout, consisting of dextrose/malodextrin and protein. About a half hr to an hr later, eat a meal with the same amount of carbs you had in your PWO drink. Be sure to avoid any fat intake at this time.

I totally agree. Good protein drink imidiatly after your workout with simple carbs (40 grams protein, 60-90 grams carbs) and then a good meal around an hour after.
BTW, make sure your protein for the drink is whey, you want something at is fast absorbing.
