Cutting diet
Hi there, been reading on here for awhile and you guys are smart so I decided to get some help with
My nutritional diet, I'm 18 weighing 182 -bf roughly maybe 17% think that's what somebody said.I can see my top abs and barley my second ones but anyways I was pretty chunky about 4-5 months ago was 243 an I'm 6"1/2 but was needing a good diet wanting to get cut and toned but also big if anybody can help I'll stick to it I need Leo with meal plans- I don't eat fast food, chips, pop, candy, fried foods etc I may eat out every know an then by help please! Just need to get rid of the bottom belly and want skin to tighten up

Post up a diet in full with macros and meal times, food quantitys etc...
This way we can critique your diet. Training times and cardio schedule would help also.
What is your short term goal?
Do that and we can go from there.

Mate is there any chance of a pic? At 17% it's unlikely you'll be able to see your top 4 abs. It'll give me a better idea of what to do with you, so to speak!

Ok mate, thank. Also need a rough idea of how many times you lift and how many cardio sessions per week?

And for cardio nothing except for me still being kinda young swimming this summer walking the creeks fishing, sometimes basketball at the gym. But not much. And meal wise it varies I prob eat maybe three times a day not that much calories I know deff not good meal plans hah I try to wake up in the morning eat 4 eggs and I eat canned fruit and fresh fruit I eat lots of sunflower seeds an before I workout I eat peanut butter and oats an after workout I drink whey protein bcaas but ya lousy eating jut try to eat to much I the stuff like I use too because I'm afraid I'm gonna get fat again it worries me to death
