Views on the use of Protein Bars (Not Homemade)
I was wondering if you guys could get me some opinions on the use of protein bars. I've seen mixed reviews on protein bars in general. Could you guys link me some that you would recommend on for a good quick protein source while cutting.
Also what are some other healthy, quick, easy sources of protein you guys like to eat when you're short on time?

my view on protien bars - THERE SHIT MATE
just get 5 tubs seperate and it only takes 5 minutes to eat or a shake bud!

i agree with binsser, garbage. they are full of sugar and other fillers. why don't you make some homemade ones then bring them with you for a quick snack

Most that I've seen have more shyte in them than you can pronounce. I try to stay away. I'd opt for a shake over a bar any day.
A quick easy protein source (aside from homemade protein bars, etc) - beef jerky.

^^ check out the recipe section, there are some recipes for protein oat bars, muffins, etc. Good stuff.
