Is rice a good source of Carbs when trying to loose weight?
I am one that does not care for the taste of food so my question is: Would it be smart for me to consume all my carbs in a day through rice and a few vegies and a little bit of fruit? So 80% rice, 10% vegies, 10% fruits?

LOL, I wouldnt get all your carb sources from rice. Brn rice would be your best option, make sure it is the slow cooked one. Also do not eat rice and steak together. Go for oat, brn. rice,yams,pots. etc...
