Quit thinking in the terms that this food is for breakfast and this is only for lunch and dinner. Hell I kno guys that have chicken and rice for breakfast and save the eggs and oats for later in the day.

Mix your diet up, rearrange lunch, dinner, breakfast, whatever. If you're on a certain diet that includes a small variety, unless you are on a regimen in which you have to discontinue carbs by a certain time of the day, elaborate and change it up. Don't get down on the diet, we all know that dieting is very boring, but the payoffs are priceless.
