I'm About To Sh*t An Egg
If i eat another F"N chicken breast i'm going to puke. Dieting sucks, there's not one tasty diet meal left for me to stomach. i need idea's on how to make my food taste better.
10:30 protein shake
12:00 1/4lb chicken with wheat bread or brown rice and salsa
2:30 protein shake
5:00 1/2lb of meat Steak/chick/fish
7:00 protein shake

This diet doesn't look like much, what are your stats? You might also want to drop the juice, and also the bread.

Deffinitly spice up your diet. I wouldn't want to live off that menu either... you should make a diet something you can stick too.
One thing I like to make to chew on during the week is mixing a couple pounds of ground lean beef (4%) or ground turkey, a couple jars of some spicy spagetti sauce or marinara, some chopped frozen veggies, fresh mushrooms and a shit load of chopped onion and minced garlic... makes a good evening meal.

Take out the fruit juice. It's just simple sugar anyway.

i paid a trainer two bills to design a diet to help me pack on muscle and stay lean at the same time. it's a two month program she gave me, the diet i wrote earlier in this thread is just one page out of 8. the problem is there isn't any sauce on anything in that menu she gave me, everything's dry.. i need favor.

I personally use either tobasco, picante sauce, a small amount of BBQ sauce, or a homemade honey/mustard sauce of mine.

I would say suck it up and eat the food but thats me, The oatmeal i like to add sugar free mayple syrup or sugar free ice cream topping in strawberry or choclate.
umm the other guys touched the rest as far as spicing up your meats and poultry. I like my chicken plain with Ms.Dash spices.
Tuna is good with regular mayo
I like my steaks plain
I guess I dont require much for the liking, I just eat what i need to
