    well every day i take 500g of bonless chicken breasts at lunsh how mush protein to u think 500g contain??

    well i like chicken breast to mush espacialy with soy and garllic sauce and a big cup of diet 7up it is only apetite

    1kg = 2.2lbs
    500g = .5kg or 1.1lbs or 18oz
    6oz boneless skinless chicken breast (raw) = 37g protein
    Therfore 500g = 111g protein...too much for one sitting IMO.

    it will delay his protein digestion but it iwll not make him fater...it is has nothing to do with fat
