Protein intake question
If you are trying to lose weight/fat, do you adjust your protein intake to your desired weight or what your actual weight is?
(ie. I weigh 225, and would like to drop down to 200-180 range)

i guess i would stick with 1 or 1.5xs bodyweight with protein and mess around with your carb and fat intake.....

Just keep it to fit our current weight and as you gain or lose weight than adjust it as needed.
