    pct calories

I understand your caloric intake after your cycle should be relatively the same as it was on your cycle, but if worried about fat gains could a person change the intake ratio such as going from 60carb 30protein 10fat to 60protein 30carb 10 fat?

Probably won't make much of a difference. If you weren't gaining fat on cycle, you shouldn't gain a ridiculous amount during PCT. Either way, keep protein high and do not cut calories.

actually it should be MORE than when your cycle started. redo your tdee and feed your new muscle. like brice said, keep your protein high and do not cut cals..in fact, increase them during this delicate period. caloric intake should be more than maintenance.
