    Help with cravings !!!!

    Am doing great on my pre-gear diet on cutting down. But I was wondering if there are any alternatives when I get a SUGAR craving. It's about once or twice every 2-3 days. It drives me crazy. Anything will help

    when craving sugar your body is actually craving protein, during my detox and after the detox i felt like this is what a crack addict feels like i would knock someone out just to eat a piece of cake lol

    soo yea try a protein bar, veggy snacks, just have them on hand knowing your going to have the cravings

    That's what I was thinking. It's nuts, I broke down last week and smashed a cinnamon roll in about 2.3 secs. I'll try a shake and some

    eat some fruit with almond butter or peanut butter.. that will make the craving go away.. and yea stay away from the cinnamon roll!!

    stevia is a natural zero cal sweetener. $50 for 5lbs. it has 10,000 servings. 1/32 tspn dose for a glass of tea.
