Anyone the protein content in egg whites of a large egg?

Is there any protein in the yolk?

yolk - 3g protein, 0 carb, 6g fat

For every 4 egg whites I eat I'll use a yolk.

Thanks, man thats not a lot of protein at all.

I would have to eat 20 egg whites to get my morning protein in. Oh well, maybe i'll throw a chicken breast in or somehting.

I eat 10 egg whites/ 2 yolks every morning which gives 36g of protein.
