    First Cycle Diet Help

Hey everyone, so a few days ago I posted a thread on the Q&A section about my first cycle that I'm planning on doing. It was suggested that I post my diet here for you guys to critique it, so here it is....this is pretty much what I eat on a daily basis

    Meal 1:
    Post-workout protein shake

    Meal 2:
1/2 cup dry steel cut oats
    2 scoops protein powder
    1/2 cup blueberries
    2 tbsp natural peanut butter
    1/2 cup almond milk

    Meal 3:
    1 cup brown rice
    1 tbsp olive oil
    4 oz steamed broccoli
    6oz grilled boneless/skinless chicken breast

    Meal 4:
    3/4 cup wehani rice
    1/2 cup sauteed kale
6 oz grilled boneless/skinless chicken breast

    Meal 5:
    3/4 sweet potato
    1 cup steamed zucchini
    6 oz grilled salmon

    Meal6:
    2 scoops protein powder
    1 1/2 cup almond milk
    1 banana
    2 tbsp peanut butter

To my calculations, that's about 3200 calories, 295g protein/266g carbs/110g fats. What do you all think?

I figure this is a bulk...

Well done on a nice clean diet, but what are your stats and goals?

Post these and you'll get better advice from everyone.

dude--at 5'10 215 that body fat--i wod cut--and get down to 10% and then mass out..

i only say this b/c this were my stats and i bulked at 18% bf, and currently sit at 242--24%--its a waste of time.

    google this guy-Walter Martin Bodybuilder--
that show (red bikini) 215, 5'10--single digit body fat.
i work out with this guy daily.

    but everybody has own opinions-
we higher body fat--your susecptible to gaining fat %, quicker--3,4,5% even on a "clean bulk"
wen lower in body fat, it keeps your chances at gaining maybe tops 1-2%..

I do plan on dropping a bit before I start my cycle. I won't be able to start for a couple of months, so that will give some time to cut a little.

Yea looks clean. I would throw in 6oz of extra lean sirloin ground beef here and there too. And I personally don't like fruit before bed. I prefer jsut the protein and fats, but that's just me.

Welcome to this forum and agree better to get off some BF first before bulking and especially before AAS. And you might want to read up on some of the stickies and threads.

    Good luck!
